When Im under water with my camera the water is constantly moving. Its impossible to stay perfectly still to take a shot. I wanted to capture this in the painting. I love how the sunlight pierces through the water and gives this dreamlike state. The scribbled lines show how the ocean swims over the top of the pebbles and catches the light. At least, thats how it feels to me anyway.
