Our trip to Xabia in Alicante turned into an amazing adventure exploring the beauty of pebble beaches and the underwater world. Armed with a GoPro and a waterproof phone case, my husband and I snorkeled along the coast, capturing the magic beneath the surface.
The photos we took have become a huge source of inspiration for a new collection of work, and I’m so excited to share these pieces in my print shop. Each one reflects the beauty and movement of the water, especially the way light, shadows, and reflections play together underwater.

The original dimensions of 120x90 allowed me to immerse myself in the creative process in my studio, carving out precious moments for self-expression. I found immense joy in the vibrant colours and gentle strokes, and the painting's overall softness transports me to a perpetual holiday in my mind.

The original painting was a large 120x90cm piece, and it came from a place of wanting to create something just for myself in the studio. I loved spending time with it, getting lost in the softness of the colors and the gentle, flowing feel of the piece. Every time I looked at it, it made me feel like I was on holiday—that sense of calm and escape is what I loved most about it.

The experience of rambling along the beach in Bray with my kids holds a special place in my heart. During our time there, each of us collected various pebbles, and I couldn't help but feel inspired by the crash of the sea and the smoothness of the rocks beneath our fingers.
